What the estimate form collects
Your first and last name, phone number and ZIP code (required), and, if you choose to give them, your property address, city, email address, the service you are asking about, number of stories, existing gutters and a message about your home. The form also records which page or offer you sent it from, a request reference, and available advertising campaign and click identifiers.
How it is used
Our website form is delivered to Seamless Gutter Guys LLC through Formspree, a third-party form service that emails the message on our behalf and keeps a copy in our account there. We use it to contact you about your estimate and understand which advertising brings inquiries and customers to our business.
Facebook and Instagram estimate forms
If you request an estimate through one of our Facebook or Instagram instant forms, Meta collects the contact details and project answers you submit and makes them available to Seamless Gutter Guys LLC in its business tools. These may include your name, phone number, property ZIP code, email address and the service you are interested in. We use this information to follow up about your estimate, arrange scheduling and understand which ads bring inquiries. Meta may prefill fields from your profile; please review them before submitting. Meta also handles information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
On our live website, Google Ads and Meta measurement tools help us understand visits, calls clicked and successfully submitted estimate requests. These services may use cookies and receive information about your browser, device and visit. Our advertising events do not include the contact details or message you enter in the form. Campaign information is kept in your browser's session storage and included with your inquiry.
You can turn off this site's advertising measurement below. Your choice is saved in this browser; we also honor its Global Privacy Control signal for these measurement tools. This does not prevent you from requesting an estimate.
The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it; Turnstile loads a script and may set a cookie for that purpose. Our hosting provider may also collect technical information to operate the site. Google, Meta, Cloudflare and Formspree have their own privacy policies.
